Volunteers are the soul of certain non-profit organizations and for many
others, they offer a valuable source of labor. Management of volunteer work and
one of the most important things that you can do is continue their efforts. To
make your volunteers happy and ready to return to again and again, you need
appreciation and recognition considerably.
